Parents' Conversation Topics (Part One)

1. The annoying neighbour who keeps snitching my dad's parking lot in our condo when he's not around. (Carpark Politics, I call it.) and his new mercedes ("so young can afford already ah")

2. The absence of the annoying neighbour's car for the past weeks. Speculation has it that the guy has brought his wife to malaysia to have her baby, because that's his/her hometown.

3. The verbal blunders made in the past. Even though they date back to years ago, these make good fodder when the parents want to poke fun at each other (and sometimes go overboard doing so).

4. The now closed-down veggie stall at CK Tangs: my dad keeps forgetting.

5. Tonight's dinner: to buy back or cook.

6. My dad's love for meat and how it'll sky-rocket his cholesterol levels. and how he never listens when my mum tells him to stop.
